Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Perishable items such as fresh flowers, baked goods, and chocolates may only be returned if they arrived damaged or spoiled. Custom and personalized baskets are final sale unless damaged during shipping.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@bloombasket.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you would prefer an exchange over a refund, let us know when you contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on current product availability.
